It is hard to come to terms with. I won't until someone tells me as much.

It is maybe better than burning but being able to think and walk around and bide my time doesn't feel good either.

I still don't have a full grasp of what is going on. Those boxes said there would be some kind of a pamphlet, but there was nothing.

Nobody got one. Somebody had to put those boxes together though, so there's somebody responsible.

Maybe they will realise the mistake and fix it soon. I don't know how many, but we are a lot of people for one person to manage.

Perhaps you are right. It may be that the change in our environment was someone realizing part of the mistake and attempting to correct it.

Maybe it is to be less overwhelming. If the last thing you remember is dying and there is a lot happening, it can lead to panic.

Dying and being left to our own devices with no answers can lead to panic as well. [she crosses her arms.] Well, I suppose whenever whoever organized this shows their face, we can ask questions of them then.

If we are to take the gift boxes at face value, then... it is likely someone who means well, or at least believes that they are doing us some sort of kindness, I think.

To me, it does feel that way. But admittedly my trust in other people's motives had already begun to be worn down even before we found ourselves here, so do take my opinion with a grain of salt.

Yes. When I died, it was also because I was taken by surprise. I didn't want to take chances.
